I purchased Toros TE 10 for my home use. I'm 66 Y/o,I want this machine to make my life easy,already it is meeting my expectations... ***The machine should include all the manuals to operate and maintain the machine and implements, i.e. (Breaker Hammer Nitrogen Charging Procedures).

Quality： So far the excavator seems to have really great build quality. The parts are thick and machine operates smoothly. Service： The service of this company is top notch! They communicated very well, and when we found that an attachment hose got damaged in transit, they immediately told me they would ship a new one to me without hesitation. There was also a time when they completed the excavator and I realized the hydraulic thumb was not oriented as I expected, they fixed it and replaced the thumb for me before shipping.  Shipping did take a long time for this machine, however this was the expectation from the beginning. Thank you! Great product! Update: I had one issue. On delivery, one of the hydraulic hoses was pinched for an attachment. Their after sales support got a new part shipped to me in 3 days and had me up and running. I am VERY impressed!
